Bliss Every Day brings practical skills and ideas to allow you to live in an awakened state. An awakened state is where you are no longer subject to unconscious patterns of behaviour, that can create instability and stress. An awakened state is when you live in a surrendered, flowing way, co-creating with The Universe, creating a magnificent life from your true power source.We would never ever create an unhappy life consciously. This type of life is created unconsciously. This eCourse is about the magnificence and empowerment of living life in a conscious way.
Bliss Every Day shares with you wonderful, life changing skills allowing you to not only feel more peaceful and empowered within yourself, but to enjoy fulfilling and meaningful relationships.

Bliss Every Day is designed to help you to grow and evolve as an individual. This e-course will help you feel more calm, loving and centred, like the "true" you—able to express your gifts and talents and engage in the world in a fulfilling and meaningful way.
You will learn to:
1. Understand how your body and mind relate to create health and well-being
2. Consciously create a great life rather than from unconscious patterns of behaviour
3. Rise above stress, anxiety and depression
4. Make the best decisions for yourself to live in peace and happiness
5. Create meaningful and connected relationships
6. Be in tune with and able to express the "true" you
7. Tap into your empowered self and flow with life
The course is taught as a series of six online modules in an audio/visual format. Each module stands alone but also builds on the skills taught in the previous module. Ideally each lecture would be taken a week apart, giving you time to practice and integrate the skills.
A series of handouts has been developed for each module with comprehensive notes and exercises that you will be required to do throughout the course. This will personalise and deepen your experience.
Print out the handouts before you begin, so that you can refer to them and complete the handwritten exercises as you go along. You may like to complement this process by keeping a journal that you write down any reflections you may have during the week in between modules.
Deborah Fairfull brings to people simple, practical and powerful ideas to enhance their every day lives. As the founder of Blisspot, an online community that encourages sharing positive ideas, and the author of Bliss Every Day, Love Now and Glow While You Grow, Deborah aims to help us to return to our natural state of wellness. She also teaches meditation with her skills based in her kinesiology training with a background in counselling and psychology.
